ONLINE STORE

Our online store uses the WooCommerce e-commerce platform to allow us to sell our products and services to you online. We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store

We use Contact Form 7 to manage contact form submissions on this websiteThe information is sent as email messages that are stored securely in the database of our hosting server until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or when the purpose for its storage no longer pertains to the contact request. Sign-up Form

We use MailPoet’s Sign-up Form to manage sign-up form submissions on this website. Visitors subscribe to our mailing list by submitting their first name and email address on the sign-up form and ticking the opt-in box to give their consent to receiving marketing messages from us featuring promotional information about our store, new products and services and other updates. We use online review platform, Trustpilot, to collect customer ratings and reviews. 5 days after an order is completed, we send an email to customers inviting them to rate and review Poster Creative on Trustpilot.com. Log files/IP addresses

Where information is stored

We retain contact form submissions for 6 months, Google Analytics data for 1 year and sign-up form data for as long as you are a subscriber to our mailing list.
